We want you to be happy with what you order. If something isn’t right, you can send it back.
15 days to return
You can return an item within 15 days of the day it was delivered.
We pay the return shipping
Returns are free. We arrange the collection and cover the cost.
Condition of the item
Please return the item unused, with all its parts, in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 550 4400 or email Hello@PetraPlay.com with your order number. We’ll confirm the return and arrange the collection.
Refunds
Once the item is back with us and checked, we refund you through the payment method you used. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.
